Malaysia 1st Pastel Nagomi Art Instructor/Trainer certified by Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA). Sarana has been actively teaching Pastel Nagomi Art since 2014. Her students came from various states in Malaysia, and overseas, including Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, USA and Canada. Sarana was also the co-organizer and curator for the inaugural Pastel Nagomi Art International Group Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur in 2018.

Inaugural International Group Exhibition for Pastel Nagomi Art, 2018 Kuala Lumpur
“ Sarana Khoo, a young artist and first local Pastel Nagomi Art certified Trainer, has trailblazed and trained PNA Instructors since 2014. Her initiative and enthusiasm have seen this community art popularizing with more than 100 instructors from Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong participating in this Group Exhibition. Tales of Nagomi will be the first PNA exhibition ever held locally with more than 100 artworks from these countries.”
